White beans are acrobats and can flex to fit any pantry.  If you have fresh herbs, great.  Dried will do as will pesto, pepperoncini, tapenade, or whatever your fancy.
1/3 c olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp sage or thyme
2 cans white beans, drained
salt
cayenne pepper

<p>1/3 c olive oil<br />

<p>Saute garlic and herbs in oil for about a minute. Add the beans and toss. Whip in a food processor with 2 TBSP water, cayenne and salt.  Transfer to bowl, drizzle with oil and serve with bread, crackers or pita chips.</p>
