White Bean Dip
White beans are acrobats and can flex to fit any pantry. If you have fresh herbs, great. Dried will do as will pesto, pepperoncini, tapenade, or whatever your fancy.
1/3 c olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp sage or thyme
2 cans white beans, drained
salt
