I love making truffles because of their chameleon quality. One bowl of ganache can create several different treats depending on the flavoring and coating you use.
Possible flavorings: liqueurs, extracts, dried fruit
Possible coatings: cocoa powder, chopped nuts, tempered chocolate, coconut, powdered sugar
