Artichoke Dip
This dip has been around forever and almost everyone has a similar recipe. Jalapenos, garlic, and/or spinach are easy add-ins. How can you go wrong with this much sour cream and mayo?

1 c mayo
1 c sour cream
¾ c grated parmesan
½ c chopped onion
1 can artichoke hearts (or 2 small jars)
red pepper flakes
Mix everything together, reserving ¼ c parmesan and red pepper flakes for the top. Bake covered for 30 minutes, top w/ remaining parmesan and return to oven uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
